All of our classes are designed for YOU to moderate the intensity.
The hotter the class, the slower the pace.
We encourage you to rest when needed throughout class.

CY 1 & 2 - All Levels

Time: 60 minutes
Focus: Focuses on core strength and balance. Postures flow from one to another linked by breath. Purifies the body while sweating toxins out.
Room condition: 90-95 degrees with 50-55% humidity
Prepare for class: Empty stomach (avoiding eating 2 hours before class) - The studio is heated. Please wear the appropriate clothing described below.
Men: Shirtless or tank top and shorts, barefoot.
Women: Sports bra or tank and leggings or capris, barefoot.
Notes: We require all students to take in a yoga mat, large towel, and water. If you don't have them, we rent/sell them, but they are REQUIRED for all students.

Hot Yoga 26 - All Levels

Time: 60 minutes or 90 minutes
Focus: Incorporates the traditional 26 posture series to help safely stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Therapeutic for all levels from beginners to advanced. Ideal compliment to all athletic programs. Teaches deep breathing.
Room condition: 100-105 degrees with 40-45% humidity
Prepare for class: Hydrate well before attending class; adding electrolytes to your water is beneficial. The room is very hot. Please wear the appropriate clothing described below.
Men: Shirtless or tank top and shorts, barefoot.
Women: Sports bra or tank and shorts or capris, barefoot.

Hot Yoga Flow - All Levels

Time: 60 minutes
Focus: Dynamic blend between Hot Yoga & CY, excellent for detox and weight loss. This series combines a vinyasa flow warm-up with the traditional 26 posture series.
Room condition: 95-100 degrees with 40-45% humidity
Prepare for class: Hydrate well before attending class; adding electrolytes to your water is beneficial. The room is very hot. Please wear the appropriate clothing described below.
Men: Shirtless or tank top and shorts, barefoot.
Women: Sports bra or tank and shorts or capris, barefoot.

CY 2 - Intermediate & Advanced

Time: 60 minutes
Focus: This version of the class incorporates more advanced transitions, with options for arm balances & inversions. Focuses on core strength and balance. Postures flow from one to another linked by breath. Purifies the body while sweating toxins out.
Room condition: 90-95 degrees with 50-55% humidity
Prepare for class: Empty stomach (avoiding eating 2 hours before class) - The studio is heated. Please wear the appropriate clothing described below.

Fusion Barre - All Levels

Time: 60 minutes
Focus: Effective blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet designed to tone and sculpt the body. Elongates the muscles an safely reshapes the entire body.
Room condition: Cool
Prepare for class: We recommend Fusion Socks (open toed with grip on the bottom). You will need your yoga mat and water.
Men: Tank top and shorts.
Women: Tank top with leggings or capris, Toesox recommended but not required.
