Civil Litigation

Civil Litigation happens when two or more parties become tangled in a legal dispute seeking money or another specific performance rather than criminal sanctions. They must head to the courtroom for trial so a judge or jury can decide the matter instead.

The Firm represents clients, both plaintiffs and defendants alike, in civil cases such as contract disputes, property disputes, and collection matters, just to name a few.  In doing so, the Firm manages all phases of the litigation process, including the initial case evaluation and investigation; preparation of pleadings; research of up-to-date case law; discovery matters and disputes; trial preparation; settlement; and trial.
