In 2021-22, Cassidy Lange enters his 12th season with the IceRays and third as Team President. He has worn many hats for the team since as a Game Operations Intern during the 2007-08 season. Once joining as a full-time staff member, Lange served as Director of Community Relations until becoming an Account Executive for seven seasons.
He has overcome many challenges in his lifetime while living with Cerebral Palsy. Lange has participated in the Special Olympics, medaling in swimming, track & field, and bowling.
Cassidy graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. He resides in Corpus Christi.

Amanda joined the IceRays in 2007 during the team's tenure in the Central Hockey League (CHL). Prior to joining the IceRays, she worked for the American Bank Center for four years.
With the IceRays, Amanda oversees ticketing, accounting, merchandise and administration in the office. She earned CHL Employee of the Month honors in 2009. Amanda resides in Corpus Christi.

Lexy is entering her eighth season with the IceRays. She has evolved with the organization over the years, beginning with ticket distribution and game-night assistance during her first few seasons. From there, she stepped in as the game night music producer before taking over the entirety of Game Night Operations, orchestrating promotional events and entertainment features for all IceRays home games. Lexy has also taken on the role of Community Relations Manager, using her local ties to schedule player and mascot appearances as well as community events, and her efforts led to a franchise record 1,859 service hours to the Corpus Christi community during the 2018-19 season.

Benck joined the IceRays as a sales associate in the summer of 2019. She was named to The Bend Magazine's The Local's List 2019 for Graphic Design with Iconic Sign Group LLC. The Corpus Christi native previously worked in hockey as Graphic Designer with the Dallas Stars (2007-10), and in baseball as Creative Director/Graphic Designer for Texas Rangers (2007-14). Benck is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Arlington (Bachelor of Fine Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design), Tarrant County College (Associates in Art) and Tuloso-Midway. Aside from the IceRays, Tracy is a fan of the Dallas Stars, Dallas Cowboys, Houston Astros and Texas Rangers, and resides in Flour Bluff with her pets Max and Tino the Bully.

Jackson joined the IceRays in January of 2022 as an account executive. She graduated from the Vocational Nursing Program in Nashville, TN. She currently serves as the elementary school nurse for London ISD. Prior to that, Jackson was the Assistant Director of Nursing for Almouie Pediatrics. She is originally from Corpus Christi and graduated high school with IceRays president Cassidy Lange in 2008. Jackson's family is in their first season as a billet family hosting Charlie Killian.
