ICERAYS PARTNER WITH H2 HOCKEY

Dec 7, 2010

The Corpus Christi IceRays announced today that the team is now an affiliate program of H2 Hockey run by Head Instructor/Manager Ron Filion.

The program, based out of Laveen, AZ seeks to provide the best possible talent to the Juniors level.  The program has affiliates in the NAHL, USHL, and WHL (Canada).  The agreement allows Hockey2 LLC to develop and recommend players that would be great additions to the IceRays.

“Our primary goal is to present the best possible talent possible to the IceRays, to help them with their player recruitment, and to give our players a great opportunity,” said Filion.

“We’re excited to partner with H2 Hockey,” said IceRays general manager Pat Dunn.  “Ronnie is a guy I played against and who Q (Justin Quenneville) played for, and we know that he’ll help in our efforts to bring the best players possible to Corpus Christi.”

Assistant coach Justin Quenneville played for Mr. Filion when he was a member of the Phoenix Roadrunners (ECHL).
