I am very excited to serve the Laredo Association of Realtors as President in 2024. Our association has a long history of providing the dream of home ownership to thousands of families in our community and assisting business owners with their commercial and ranching needs. Our diverse board consists of 15 members representing several brokerage companies, and we all strive to improve our organization each year to better serve our members and clients.<\/span><\/p>\nOur association is made up of close to 800 Realtor\u00ae members and Affiliates related to real estate services. Providing quality service to our clients is something that we promote to all our members. Using a Realtor\u00ae or one of our Affiliate members gives you peace of mind and expert guidance in dealing with the numerous decisions involved in a real estate transaction. Whether you are buying or selling real estate, we offer objective information and opinions and deliver property marketing data that helps in negotiating a fair price to both parties. Realtor\u00ae members are also held to high ethical standards to ensure consumer protection.<\/span><\/p>\nBehind the scenes of our day-to-day work, Realtor\u00ae members and Affiliates represent our community locally, statewide, and nationally with several Property Rights Issues. This includes Property Tax Education Campaigns, Home Equity, Eminent Domain, Homeowners Associations, and Tax Reform to name a few. We are also members of your church community, professional and service organizations, chambers of commerce, school PTAs, and social clubs.<\/span><\/p>\nWe recently held our first SK Run George Run event as a WBCA Affiliate. We had 349 participants, and we are already working on doubling this number in 2025. We are very appreciative of all our sponsors, especially Laredo Medical Center, our Title Sponsor that added a health fair with valuable information and free screenings. We were also fortunate to have the City of Laredo as a partner as they assisted with logistics and manpower help. Proceeds from this event will help with a home built by Habitat for Humanity this year. Our next event is our Annual Golf Tournament in April and this event’s proceeds help with student scholarships and other community outreach programs.<\/span><\/p>\nLastly, I want to remind everyone that Primary Elections are upon us, and Early Voting begins on Tuesday, February 20th and goes through Friday, March 1st. I am very excited to serve the Laredo Association of Realtors as President in 2024. Our association has a long history of providing the dream of home ownership to thousands of families in our community and assisting business owners with their commercial and ranching needs. Our diverse board consists of 15 members representing several brokerage companies, and we all strive to improve our organization each year to better serve our members and clients.<\/span><\/p>\nOur association is made up of close to 800 Realtor\u00ae members and Affiliates related to real estate services. Providing quality service to our clients is something that we promote to all our members. Using a Realtor\u00ae or one of our Affiliate members gives you peace of mind and expert guidance in dealing with the numerous decisions involved in a real estate transaction. Whether you are buying or selling real estate, we offer objective information and opinions and deliver property marketing data that helps in negotiating a fair price to both parties. Realtor\u00ae members are also held to high ethical standards to ensure consumer protection.<\/span><\/p>\nBehind the scenes of our day-to-day work, Realtor\u00ae members and Affiliates represent our community locally, statewide, and nationally with several Property Rights Issues. This includes Property Tax Education Campaigns, Home Equity, Eminent Domain, Homeowners Associations, and Tax Reform to name a few. We are also members of your church community, professional and service organizations, chambers of commerce, school PTAs, and social clubs.<\/span><\/p>\nWe recently held our first SK Run George Run event as a WBCA Affiliate. We had 349 participants, and we are already working on doubling this number in 2025. We are very appreciative of all our sponsors, especially Laredo Medical Center, our Title Sponsor that added a health fair with valuable information and free screenings. We were also fortunate to have the City of Laredo as a partner as they assisted with logistics and manpower help. Proceeds from this event will help with a home built by Habitat for Humanity this year. Our next event is our Annual Golf Tournament in April and this event’s proceeds help with student scholarships and other community outreach programs.<\/span><\/p>\nLastly, I want to remind everyone that Primary Elections are upon us, and Early Voting begins on Tuesday, February 20th and goes through Friday, March 1st. I am very excited to serve the Laredo Association of Realtors as President in 2024. Our association has a long history of providing the dream of home ownership to thousands of families in our community and assisting business owners with their commercial and ranching needs. Our diverse board consists of 15 members representing several brokerage companies, and we all strive to improve our organization each year to better serve our members and clients.<\/span><\/p>\nOur association is made up of close to 800 Realtor\u00ae members and Affiliates related to real estate services. Providing quality service to our clients is something that we promote to all our members. Using a Realtor\u00ae or one of our Affiliate members gives you peace of mind and expert guidance in dealing with the numerous decisions involved in a real estate transaction. Whether you are buying or selling real estate, we offer objective information and opinions and deliver property marketing data that helps in negotiating a fair price to both parties. Realtor\u00ae members are also held to high ethical standards to ensure consumer protection.<\/span><\/p>\nBehind the scenes of our day-to-day work, Realtor\u00ae members and Affiliates represent our community locally, statewide, and nationally with several Property Rights Issues. This includes Property Tax Education Campaigns, Home Equity, Eminent Domain, Homeowners Associations, and Tax Reform to name a few. We are also members of your church community, professional and service organizations, chambers of commerce, school PTAs, and social clubs.<\/span><\/p>\nWe recently held our first SK Run George Run event as a WBCA Affiliate. We had 349 participants, and we are already working on doubling this number in 2025. We are very appreciative of all our sponsors, especially Laredo Medical Center, our Title Sponsor that added a health fair with valuable information and free screenings. We were also fortunate to have the City of Laredo as a partner as they assisted with logistics and manpower help. Proceeds from this event will help with a home built by Habitat for Humanity this year. Our next event is our Annual Golf Tournament in April and this event’s proceeds help with student scholarships and other community outreach programs.<\/span><\/p>\nLastly, I want to remind everyone that Primary Elections are upon us, and Early Voting begins on Tuesday, February 20th and goes through Friday, March 1st. I am very excited to serve the Laredo Association of Realtors as President in 2024. Our association has a long history of providing the dream of home ownership to thousands of families in our community and assisting business owners with their commercial and ranching needs. Our diverse board consists of 15 members representing several brokerage companies, and we all strive to improve our organization each year to better serve our members and clients.<\/span><\/p>\nOur association is made up of close to 800 Realtor\u00ae members and Affiliates related to real estate services. Providing quality service to our clients is something that we promote to all our members. Using a Realtor\u00ae or one of our Affiliate members gives you peace of mind and expert guidance in dealing with the numerous decisions involved in a real estate transaction. Whether you are buying or selling real estate, we offer objective information and opinions and deliver property marketing data that helps in negotiating a fair price to both parties. Realtor\u00ae members are also held to high ethical standards to ensure consumer protection.<\/span><\/p>\nBehind the scenes of our day-to-day work, Realtor\u00ae members and Affiliates represent our community locally, statewide, and nationally with several Property Rights Issues. This includes Property Tax Education Campaigns, Home Equity, Eminent Domain, Homeowners Associations, and Tax Reform to name a few. We are also members of your church community, professional and service organizations, chambers of commerce, school PTAs, and social clubs.<\/span><\/p>\nWe recently held our first SK Run George Run event as a WBCA Affiliate. We had 349 participants, and we are already working on doubling this number in 2025. We are very appreciative of all our sponsors, especially Laredo Medical Center, our Title Sponsor that added a health fair with valuable information and free screenings. We were also fortunate to have the City of Laredo as a partner as they assisted with logistics and manpower help. Proceeds from this event will help with a home built by Habitat for Humanity this year. Our next event is our Annual Golf Tournament in April and this event’s proceeds help with student scholarships and other community outreach programs.<\/span><\/p>\nLastly, I want to remind everyone that Primary Elections are upon us, and Early Voting begins on Tuesday, February 20th and goes through Friday, March 1st. I am very excited to serve the Laredo Association of Realtors as President in 2024. Our association has a long history of providing the dream of home ownership to thousands of families in our community and assisting business owners with their commercial and ranching needs. Our diverse board consists of 15 members representing several brokerage companies, and we all strive to improve our organization each year to better serve our members and clients.<\/span><\/p>\nOur association is made up of close to 800 Realtor\u00ae members and Affiliates related to real estate services. Providing quality service to our clients is something that we promote to all our members. Using a Realtor\u00ae or one of our Affiliate members gives you peace of mind and expert guidance in dealing with the numerous decisions involved in a real estate transaction. Whether you are buying or selling real estate, we offer objective information and opinions and deliver property marketing data that helps in negotiating a fair price to both parties. Realtor\u00ae members are also held to high ethical standards to ensure consumer protection.<\/span><\/p>\nBehind the scenes of our day-to-day work, Realtor\u00ae members and Affiliates represent our community locally, statewide, and nationally with several Property Rights Issues. This includes Property Tax Education Campaigns, Home Equity, Eminent Domain, Homeowners Associations, and Tax Reform to name a few. We are also members of your church community, professional and service organizations, chambers of commerce, school PTAs, and social clubs.<\/span><\/p>\nWe recently held our first SK Run George Run event as a WBCA Affiliate. We had 349 participants, and we are already working on doubling this number in 2025. We are very appreciative of all our sponsors, especially Laredo Medical Center, our Title Sponsor that added a health fair with valuable information and free screenings. We were also fortunate to have the City of Laredo as a partner as they assisted with logistics and manpower help. Proceeds from this event will help with a home built by Habitat for Humanity this year. Our next event is our Annual Golf Tournament in April and this event’s proceeds help with student scholarships and other community outreach programs.<\/span><\/p>\nLastly, I want to remind everyone that Primary Elections are upon us, and Early Voting begins on Tuesday, February 20th and goes through Friday, March 1st. Primary Election Day will be held on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024. We love Laredo and we continue to promote what a great place it is to live in.<\/span><\/p>\nSincerely,<\/span><\/p>\nHector A.
