I want to take a moment to thank the Physician Assistant, Irene Esparaza, Medical Assistants Lizette Martinez and Jessica Turgeon, Claudia Soto and Andrea Palacios, Xray Technicians, and all other medical professionals and staff who each and collectively have made my experience at the LSMC facility as positive, no stress, and successful as it could be.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph \" style=\"\">On November 6, 2019, I was referred by my primary doctor to the LSMC facility for the 1st time with a broken humerus bone. I was in excruciating pain. From the ladies and gents at the front desk to the ladies at the registration\/finance office, every single person I came in contact with was big smiles, polite, professional, caring, and kind.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph \" style=\"\">Since then, I have been seeing Ms. Esparaza for follow-up appointments. Each visit is very thorough, informative, kind, and compassionate. She has been able to identify issues and has clear, concise answers. She takes a lengthy amount of time speaking with me to ensure proper clarification, care, and home therapy.<br>I feel so at ease with her, and I am very confident about the course of all my examination results.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph \" style=\"\">Lizzette Martinez is a very warm, caring medical assistant. From day one, she has been so positive and comforting during all my visits.
