Accepted file types: jpg, png, pdf, Max. file size: 5 MB, Max. files: 3.

For best results, we would prefer your ad submitted digitally in black and white or color. We accept digital ads in BMP, JPEG & TIF (with no compression, all fonts and images imbedded) formats. Please do not send PDF files. Digital files should be emailed to anniealvarez780@gmail.com. We also accept your ad as camera-ready positive. If you would like to submit your business card as an ad copy, we still accept those too. All camera-ready ads will be scanned, placed, and output digitally. As a result, there may be unexpected moiré patterns, soft type, or other oddities. However, we like things to look good in our programs, and will scan as best as we can. Artwork is due 20 days prior to the concert date.
