Meet the Providers

John V. Puig II, M.D.

is a Family Medicine Physician specializing in Sports Medicine. He is a native Laredoan and has been practicing in Laredo since 2003.

Miguel A. Solis Jr., M.D.

Dr. Solis completed his Sports Medicine fellowship at the University of Missouri Kansas City and has returned to Laredo to serve his hometown.

Anish G. R. Potty, M.D.

Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, India.

Armando Gonzalez, M.D.

Born and raised in Laredo, Texas, he is a board-certified Sports Medicine and Family Physician.

Yogesh Kolwadkar, M.D.

Is a US ACGME accredited fellowship-trained orthpaedic surgeon that wants to develop his practice in the fields of Joint Reconstruction and Sports Medicine.

Irene Esparza, PA-C

She graduated from Laredo Junior College in 1990 and received her Bachelors in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992.

Alexa Medrano, PA-C

Was born and raised in Eagle Pass, TX where she was a cheerleader during her high school years.

Diego Mascorro was born and raised in Laredo, He graduated at Texas A&M International University and received a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2012

Sandra Gomez PT, DPT

Was born in Laredo, Texas but was raised in her early childhood years in Monterrey, Mexico. She graduated from United High School in 2010. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014.

Ida G. Gutierrez, PT, MPT

Is a native Laredoan and graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Physical Therapy Program in 1997.

Dinora Flores, PT

Was raised in Laredo, Texas, and returned to her hometown to fulfill a lifelong dream of practicing Physical Therapy.

Ashley M. Everett, PT, DPT, CSCS

Is a native Laredoan who was a multi-sport athlete from United High School. Ashley graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2021 and wishes to continue to learn and grow as a clinician to provide the best possible care for fellow Laredoans.
