Our Story Begins
Andy Rosas Sr, first managed a Texaco Station located in South Laredo on US 83 in the Three Points area. This convergence of US 83, US 359 and Arkansas that led you to US 59 was heavily traveled by folks driving to valley or east to Hebbronvile, Texas. It was also the area where the old Tumble Inn restaurant was located.
Andy's Texaco Opens
After managing a Texaco station at Three Points in Laredo, Texas, Andy Rosas Sr. opened his very own station on the corner of San Dario and Calton Road. This would be the beginning of a series of enterprises built on his commitment to customer service, superior products, and trust.
Andy's Radiator Shop
It didn’t take long before Andy’s expanded into another automotive repair service. With Texaco’s service bays full, he expanded into a full-blown radiator shop located behind the Kroger Family Center. Joined by his wife Sylvia and their son Robert, Andy Sr. quickly established himself as a premier radiator repair shop in Laredo.
Andy's Auto Air and Supply
Having serviced so many vehicles in Laredo, Texas, he developed an expertise and reputation for excellence. Andy Sr. and Sylvia, his wife, knew the value of good auto air conditioning in a Texas area with soaring summer heat. Andy’s Auto Air and Supply opened its doors with the Rosas boys joining the family business. Located directly behind the Kroger Family Grocery Store and next to Andy’s Radiator, Andy’s Auto Air would become a thriving business in a short period.

- Andy’s Auto Air & Supplies Opened its 2nd Location in El Portal Industrial Park. Now with two locations, Andy’s is recognized as the go-to auto air and supply shop.
Andy's Texaco Convenience Store opens in San Antonio
The Rosas family opened a Texaco Convenience Store in San Antonio, Texas, near Fiesta Texas.
Andy's Auto Air opens in San Antonio!
- Andy’s Auto Air Opened New Location in Helotes, TX, in the Western Oak area.
Andy's Auto Air expansion continues.
With a tradition for excellence in customer service and a legacy built on trust, Andy Rosas Sr. and family expand into the valley with a new shop in Pharr, San Juan, Alamo in the Rio Grande Valley.
Rotex Truck Center Opens in Laredo.
Any Rosas Sr. and family continue their expansion and venture into over-the-road truck repair and sales. Rotex Truck Center was established in 2017 with much fanfare. It is now the premier parts and service shop for trucks in Laredo and the Valley.
Andy's Mobility opens at Santa Ursula location.
Building on its ability to add lifts to school and mass transit buses, Andy Sr. establishes Andy’s Mobility, along with its third Laredo location for Andy’s Auto Air on Santa Ursula.
